01. Deposit Taka 2,000/- in any online branch of Pubali Bank Limited in favour of STD A/C No.: 0947102000858 "DEPARTMENT OF NURSING FUND" till 17 May 2025. List of Pubali Bank online branches. There cannot be more than one entry with the same Bank Scroll No. In that case, the application will be cancelled.
02. After deposition of money, online application will be available from the next day till 18 May, 2025 (upto 11.59pm).
03. Candidate must scan images of her/his passport size colour Photograph, Signature and Bank Receipt before filling the application.
04.Candidate has to provide information in the following 3 steps in English:
Step 1 : Sign up (Brief information).
Step 2 : Personal information and uploading of scanned documents.
Step 3 : Candidate has to fill up Academic information.
05. After completion of entries, candidate can edit/modify by clicking "Modify Application Form" button, but once the "Final Submit" button is clicked, there will be no scope to edit/modify.
06. Candidates can print Admit Card from 21 May 2025 after 06.00 pm to 23 May 2025 before 09.00 am using her/his Application Number and Password.
